Recipe to make your own HCQ and IT WORKS!
HCQ
4-5 grapfuits
3-lemons
Peel the rind off all (best way I found is cut in 4’s and use knife to remove peel from fruit) Keep fruit and freeze for a cool treat later!
Large pot with tap water to just cover the rinds
Cover and Bring to a boil
Once boiled 2-3 min turn off heat.
Do NOT lift the lid not even to peek at it! Leave lid on.
Let it cool over night or all day if doing this in the morning.
Remove lid, pour into a bowl using a spaghetti strainer to catch the rinds.(I also squeezed each rind for all juice to come out)
Drink shot glass 2-3 times a day when feeling fine, 5-6 shots when feeling yucky ASAP.
Can add honey drizzle if too bitter for your tastes..🙏🙌💪

While food is medicine, anyone that has actually studied herbal medicine or chemical biolify can attest -- HCQ cannot be derived from citrus fruit. HCQ is wholly synthetic but is similar (albeit man-made) to quinine found in several food sources such as sweet wormwood, Cinchona Bark, Macassar Fruits, Ylang Ylang, and Tree of Heaven. An easier and more effective option would be quality Golden Seal and Echinacea.

I have to tell you. I gave my sister who has had knee issues for 20 years this recipe. The doctor told her when she was 30 (she’s 51 now) she would probably have to have both knees operated on once she got older. She made this and her knees are great! NO PAIN 😊.
