Twitter is closing it's headquarters in San Francisco "indefinitely", and has no plans to reopen other offices.

The article goes on to say that it was always Dorsey's plan to make the company remote and have employees work from home.
That's bullsh*t

I've lived in the Bay Area for almost 30 years, 17 (!) of them in San Francisco. I witnessed the DS power structure take over this once beautiful city and ruin it, back in 1995.

Companies like this relied on keeping all their employees under one roof in order to maximise productivity, slaving away at their desks. They had cafeterias, playrooms, lunches/dinners catered in so the workers never had to leave the building.
