Yes, the understanding of the 9th and 10th amendments is key.
Stated in plain English:
“If it’s not stated here in the Constitution explicitly, that power still exists, whether enumerated or not, and remains with the people.” 9th Amendment.
“If it’s not given over explicitly in the Constitution to the federal government, the power remains with the states.” 10 Amendment.

Once again, remind yourself of the flow of power:
God —>The People—>The State Government—>The Federal Government

The federal government only has the power explicitly granted it by the states. The states only have the power explicitly given to them by the people.
The overreach is massive. The power pyramid is inverted. Take back your power. They grabbed it while you were complacent and distracted. They have warped your understanding of your true power.
Take it back.
