3. EISCC is exempt from oversight over its creation and operation
4. Brings in Special Government Employees via SECTION 202 OF TITLE 18
5. ELIGIBLE FOR CERTIFICATION OF A SPECIAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
6. CERITIFES THE NEED FOR THE INDIVIDUALS OUTWEIGHS THE POTENTION FOR A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CREATED BY THE FINANCIAL INTREST INVOLVED.
7. TRY NOT TO SHIT YOUR PANTS:
