and (I forgot to say) No, do NOT take the vax no matter what they try to tell you to do. They should not even be asking you if you had it. That's HIPPA. You can sue.

that is a good idea, and I like it. Makes sense. You can say you need to quarantine, or that you tested positive (but no not have any symptoms). Call that in and see what your supervisor says.
But some people cannot afford to do that because it means no paycheck, and no gov money, so you don't pay rent or have money for groceries (if you are a parent then it is hard to do that).
But there needs to be consequences, and letting their business collapse is a good way to do it because you can also start loking for another job.
