Did anyone give thought to the publicly scheduled and announced FEMA EBS test on Wednesday, August 11 @ 2:20 pm ET as possibly being the REAL EBS?

We are all expecting it, but wouldn't they ALL, including DS, be surprised if it was the real one. Isn't that how it has to be catching everyone off guard? Just a thought.
