jist like the vax... was on standby in warehouses before warp speed announced...my only explanation is trump forced them to use before they could install mandated after the release of never ending corona released bioweapons...when military started to question the vax...suddenly all bases had enough for all personnel months ahead of schedule...leaders pushed like crazy
