The Pest Management Regulatory Agency is proposing to double, triple, or almost quadruple the allowable glyphosate-based herbicides (Roundup®) in oats, bran, nuts, and beans.

You have only until (TODAY) July 20 to say NO!

These proposals would:

- Increase the herbicide contamination on nuts and legumes conventionally grown in Canada or imported.
- Increase the risk for human and animal illness, including bees.
- Contaminate the soil with increased mycotoxins (moulds) that can affect other crops like wheat.

Action To Take

1. Tell the PMRA what you think of PMRL2021-10.

2. Email your comments to: hc.pmra.publications-arla.sc@canada.ca or comment online, on “Proposed measures” for PMRL2021-10.
