I remember that speech when Di Dongsheng mentioned that China has had good relations/connections/friends with the U.S, at Wall Street since 1992 and that most problems were solved fairly quickly until 2016 when President Trump took office.
We just have to look at the presidents from 1992 to 2016 (24 years!) to figure from their various deeds, the depth of corruption that followed them and their respective administrations in its entirety...
I wonder who was that Chinese-looking man behind Joe Biden at the podium that day...
