Have you taken that 5G phone to Verizon and asked them to open it up and show you the 5G ... one person did open the phone and it did not have a recognizable 5g chip ... maybe that's a good thing?
I haven't tried to upgrade my phone to 5G. The commercials just make me suspicious.

Me too, I keep getting notices, but refuse to upgrade.
Guess they'll just turn it off at ome point.
