Using covid test results as a code marker is unwise as it can lead to confirmation bias. We really don't know what's actually going on, it's mostly guesswork.
I think Bill Barr is a good guy, partly a gut feeling. He plays the bagpipes for heaven's sake. He served President Trump well and his resignation letter of 12-23-20 was not worded as such.
