3/4 Organic Lemons & Grapefruits
Wash and peel all.
Put peelings into a pot and cover with 8/10 cups water and cover with GLASS lid.
Simmer 3 hours then cool down for 2 hours.
Pour liquid into GLASS freezable containers and place all except one in freezer.
Place one in refrigerator and take 2 tablespoons twice daily. Enjoy life and stay healthy everyone.
