A) He actually RETIRED from MKE police and moved to TN to teach at a University and B) just as when my LATE hubby died, he had an OBIT in the all the papers where he resided and worked (which covered 4 states) to let the ppl who knew him know he passed......same with this guy who had friends AND family in both WI and TN (of whom I KNEW) this is NOT unusual.
