At 4:30 am EST I was awakened by a very vivid nightmare. When I woke my wife was crying out in her sleep also experiencing a nightmare. I felt an ominous presence of what I would characterize as oppression or evil. This lasted for approximately 10 minutes then felt as if it lifted thus allowing me to fall back asleep. I connot remember the last time I ever was awakened by a nightmare. Since I have no experience or education of Schuman Resonance I am now intrigued and want to study more. Any reference suggestions?
