While my BC is written in all CAPS, my friend stated that her children's are not. They were born in the 80's.
It seems that older BC's are written in CAPS and newer one's aren't.
Why the change?
When did the change occur/
Are those written in upper and lower case not part of the straw man system?

i have my kids, mine, husbands, grandparents and parents and non look ir have that printed on it. so..... why is that?
