When people say that "Q" said that JFK Jr is dead - I will tell you why I think Q left us with that impression. JFK Jr, his wife Carolyn, and his sister-in-law, Lauren all faked their deaths and went into a "witness protection program" in order to keep them alive until it was time to safely come out of the program. I haven't verified it but I have been told that you need a brand new legal identity in order to come out of "witness protection". Therefore your old legal identity is pronounced "dead". So the old JFK Jr is legally dead and he has a new legal name/identity.
