I find this fascinating. They are slowly easing out the knowledge of how we've learned to manipulate gravity. I'm seeing more programs like this lately. It's public knowledge that the technology patents behind the TR-3B Astra have been released to the public, close to the time that Trump became President. Of course this technology is far inferior from what our military is actually playing with. But yet it is still hundreds of years more advanced than anything we're using now. I'm excited that I live to see this happen in my lifetime.
