I have to say this because it was such an unusual experience for me. Saturday night, I had trouble falling asleep. I found a YouTube link to the solfeggio frequencies. I never heard of them before Saturday, then today I came across 2 articles on these frequencies. well I fell asleep as they played. I woke in a half sleep state, but could feel electricity on my cheeks. it felt like small hairs, but immediately thought of electrici wires, well I couldn't tell if they were being pulled or penetrating the skin.

I have seen that article, but I thought it is beyond my understanding so I never read it. But now to experience frequencies, I really need to explore much more.
