Many were torn down to enable dirty energy (dead birds, bees, cancer) that mankind would pay for, not get as a Tesla miracle of science. Free Energy is real, or used to be. Tartarian Architecture provides so many answers to this loss. The Berlin Zoo is said to still have the "magical air" of calm and happiness from the Free Energy courtesy of the Aether.
