Yes, he said it's a "Saline Solution" -- (Live experiments do have placebo groups. Placebo groups are injected with Saline solution, not the actual Gene Therapy.) Hopefully, Trump got ALL of the US supply switched out to the Saline solution - maybe that's why some bottles were found to have extra doses in the same bottle that CDC said, just go ahead and use the extra on another patient.
