This short clip of the ceremony is missing the best piece which is when Laura Bush showed Jeb Bush what was in the envelope. "We are toast" was written all over his face with matching total body language. I tend to think it was not a written message but a picture--perhaps of daddy bush being executed. The look on Jeb's face was instantaneous--there was not even two seconds to read a message. And George W. had a very angry/afraid look on his face as he had already seen the envelope. Secret service men were right behind them--making sure they didn't try anything. Perhaps all the envelopes had something different in them??
