This is ridiculous. There is a reason for the bar exam and that is to make sure a lawyer will be competent. I would not want a lawyer that hadn't passed the Bar. What's next? If you start removing qualifiyng exams then why require a medical license, contractor license, or any other qualifier. No thank you. How about instead of giving an alternative to the Bar Exam, we give those studying for the Bar access to tutors and study tools to help them. Help them learn the material. That seems more productive than giving a way to bypass the exam.
