I thought the State Attorney Registration and Disciplinaty Commission had to first vote to have a Lawyer disbarred and then the boards recommendation passed to the State Supreme Court for final approval.
When did the vote take place ? Are they playing ‘silly buggers’ and making new rules up again ?
