Thought gas prices n supplies were bad before? Get ready for worse.
We are supplied with fuel by Marathon oil. We were told this morning that there had been a hostile takeover and they were not being allowed to fulfill existing contracts... we ran out of fuel before noon today and are told not to expect a delivery for 2 to 3 days.
great start for a holiday weekend... keep your tanks topped off!
and we are not some rinky dink hole in the wall station but a major competitor with a presence in about 35 states nationwide... and our store is one of the top 10 grossing stores nationwide for this chain.
if they’ll let us sit for days w/o fuel... they certainly wont make an effort for lesser stores.
