fill pot w/ water, 3" above rinds
simmer for 2 hrs w/ lid (glass preferred)
DO NOT OPEN LID
when cooled completely drink as a tea
you can sweeten with honey
this will benefit those with phlegm, pneumonia any cardiovascular mucus growth
