He probably had a backup location until the file is uploaded.
Knowing him, he probably had a half dozen different people/locations with the info. He was/is(?) a pretty extravagant guy. I the info drop is part of his plan like he implied, I’m sure he wasn’t careless with that part of his plan. Time will tell.
