Yes I believe it is CGI and used as an example of what sort of thing they are capable of. I have seen a few others as mentioned above the city in the clouds in China and a display on the water as well as the indoor ones with the animals.

not saying that the collider has anything to do with the hologram but parallel universes yes
Also, iirc, Project Blue Beam requires particulates in the sky. I did see smaller indoor holograms without it so this might have changed.
