I also found this: "The Final Call has learned that the Executive Order was never repealed by any U.S. President through an Executive Order and is still valid."

EO 11110 was never rescinded. It is still in effect. JBJ just recalled the currency that JFK had issued and stopped issuing any more. Trump could still use EO11110 to issue silver backed notes and silver dollars.
