This is a betrayal by one of the few governors who seemed constitutional. It's not that hard to write a clean bill.
That is the original wording of the 2006 legislation. What is written in green is what DeSantis added. I don't think he could remove previous wording without going through a massive legal process. Therefore he inserted things that prevented businesses forcing vaccinations.
