Hillary Clinton Warned About Wuhan, Biological Weapons In 2009: Report
Hillary Clinton reportedly raised concerns about the Wuhan lab, which is at the center of the theories about the COVID-19 origins, in 2009, when she served as Secretary of State. The story: Clinton’s reported remarks about the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China were first reported by Jack Posobiec of Human Events who cited a leaked State Department cable, obtained by Wikileaks. The cable was sent in June 2009 to all members of the Australia Group, an informal forum of countries that seeks to prevent the potential spread of chemical and biological weapons.
It’s worth noting that China is not a member nation.

The department, according to the report, sent out the cable ahead of the forum’s plenary session, which took place in Paris in September that year.

What she said: “We believe it is important to focus on emerging chemical and biological technologies, trends in the trade of CBW-related goods and threats,”
