Absolutely! They have been controlling our water now, heavily, for over a decade. A huge portion of Lake Tahoe water feeds California. Think about the decade drought in California and Nevada. Certain chemtrail sprays and clouds generated, or not, by the machines cause moisture or drought. Fooking people playing with the earths thermostat, playing God, has got to end sometime.
