thanks, Kim - I needed to see this today. Some people at work still operating under the 'old rules' of being mean and bitchy to colleagues, mistakenly believing they can raise their own stature by trying to put people down.
Those people will have a very hard future because we will no longer be that way.
Kindness, courtesy, sincerity, tolerance, understanding are the paths to respect and the highway of the future.
