Can you tell me why all the soldiers in DC are wearing face diapers while standing outside for hours on end? And please do not say optics. They are inhaling their own exhaust pipes. We are encouraged to stand up and not wear them, which I have not this whole time, so why does our military wear them faithfully everywhere, all the time? Serious question!
