I was flying SPIRIT AIRLINES this morning at 6am, The airline app was down and could not produce a image of my boarding pass. At the gate the agent could not print a boarding pass being that the printer was out of ticket paper.

I made the mistake of saying I did not have a boarding pass and the airline app is not loading to see my seat assignment. The crew wanted me to go back to the ticket counter, however after talking to the gate agent it was sorted out.

It just happened to be flying when computer systems were offline on an international level.
