Very odd. I hope he is someone that studies such things as he seemed to have the mindset of someone who examines all possibilities. More study needs done on this but if it stops electric impulses like the light or scrambles them like the TV I don't know how you could examine with X-ray or other electric technology. It appears gold moves (the ring) it and I'm not sure what the white thing (a pill?) was but it moved it too. Water boiling was pretty crazy yet it isn't hot to his hand or he would not be holding it.
I sure wouldn't put it anywhere on me until I knew more about it. It definitely appears to have been brought here from another place.
