They have been since last year when CV shut down everything....Parts of the Smithsonian is now open for tours, but you have to buy tickets in advance....FBI Building is under Renovations in certain sections, and the tours were closed after 911.....Senate/House/Supreme Court is on extended closure during Jan 6th investigation (cuz, I guess they're important) They are slowly opening other places.
