Luc was co-discoverer of the HIV virus and was the first to identify that COVID had HIV in its construct. It was his determination that this could not have happened in nature and therefor the COVID virus had to have been manipulated in a lab. He released this info early last year but it was ignored by the press though some of us patriots posted it on Twitter until we were banned.
