This copy – mRNA – travels from the nucleus of the cell to the part of the cell known as the cytoplasm, which houses ribosomes. Ribosomes are complex machinery in the cells that are responsible for making proteins.

You mY read it causes the water molecule to spin ,but, it ossilates a billion times per second and does spin Roundor that would destroy the mecule. Its a friction of intense ossilation and the 90 degree roatation is also playing a part as it tries to return to its normal state about a billion times in a second which the microwave causes it to return to 90 degrees around a billion ime a second creating the friction and heat.
