The US federal government made a quid pro quo deal with Twitter to not regulate them if they agreed to censor whatever they were ordered to.

This PSP is a violation of at least the 1st and 14th amendments but the establishment has infected every office charged with investigating this sort of thing, as well as most of Congress.
