Richard was video-ing the blackhawks on Monday during their “training” exercises when they landed on the Capitol lawn and he saw all these stacks and asked, “What is this, staging?” and then I found the posting from the trucker who was there on Sunday. But yesterday, Richard said there was no evidence of the staging having been used and it was gone and someone said the trucker posted that the staging got recalled because it was postponed.
