my concern is that they will stage the court cases in some kind of world court, may well have it all filmed already. IMO they should be prosecuted in national courts or military tribunal.

Crimes against humanity, wouldn't they go straight to military tribunal? I think they skip the judges.
Yes it's military tribunals.
