The Nephilim returned after the flood.

While Noah and his sons were 100% human, we are not told the same about the wives of his 3 sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth.

One or more of these women was carrying the Nephilim gene. This is the source of the post-flood Nephilim.

Nowhere in the Bible is it ever stated that angels once again co-habited with human women.

The Giants came through Ham’s son Canaan
