Dr tsai chang lee has really no clear official picture. THE CIA&the UN being the same corrupt establishment. this is how the CIA had hands on the world! threw the collateral trust assets!interesting he was appointed chairman in 1995 and people can remember who was in office and the scandal with china! yes the clintons.also interesting is that it shows the chinese take over over the UN finances and the USA as pretty quick the most important part of the scam ( minister of transportation with the birth certificate and bonds) was soon to be controlled by none else than mc cornell wife!coincidence?
