connect to your higher self and god and ask for guidance in meditation.
clear chakras, open third eye.
change diet for alkaline body
live service to others, not service to self.
find repair dna meditations.
do not make any decisions based on fear, only based on love.
do not practice self preservation.
do not judge anyone.
love all souls, even the child rapists, but rebuke their actions. we are all one. they are part of us.
honor everybody's free will. get rid of all ego and limiting beliefs. clear all trauma including past life.
