company can not sell shares it has not filed for sale. not that I care about AMC, I think it's only worth $5 at the most
It's the hedge funds they are putting in fake shares and got to buy them back and trying to push the price down what they are doing is illegal and been doing it to alot of companies for a long time it's time they get caught at there on game and pay the price.
It's time to make the market a fair place for all 🙂
the post and my answer was about a public capital raise. I know about the HF selling phantom shares, and I was not referring to that. Anyways, I don't have AMC on my watchlist
