If not then why is the currency in use dropping daily instead of going up?

From what I understand banks have manipulated silver with put options to deliberately keep it down and keep them afloat and take money from everyone else investing in it.
Very similar to how they've manipulated stocks all this time.
Inflation is slaying the dollar.
