Not sure what Flynn’s trying to say here but taking a wild swing and assuming there are more interpretations..

So is Flynn saying we are sending in SMU/Tier1 military now?
Is he saying something about sending in Q/alice/looking glass, quantum (the algo that hunts down HVT), revealing/declass of someone on Q team like the return of someone in witness protection, etc?
