This pure evil has been going on forever. My Grandmother died when my Mom was 4 years old, my Mom was the youngest of 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Not one of them could be bothered with my Mom, including her Dad, my Mom ended up in so called institutions in Britain. There were all kind of cases in there, some extremely mentally handicapped also very dangerous. Imagine being eleven years old and seeing such things. But that was not the only problem there was Doctor Milner, my Mom spoke of him often saying she had seen girls grappled to the ground and given shots to knock them out. She said they were then dragged to padded rooms, little did my Mom know that the doctor was raping them. This only came out a few years ago, and Milner is dead he got away with his crimes, just like the BBC's sicko Jimmy Saville. Since my Mom passed in 1999 I learned that my Mom had been raped when she was just 13 years old by a staff member. They gave her a forced abortion, and the guy was never prosecuted.
