I'm confused.😂 I recall wisconsin being the first state where a company offered to put chips in employees hand got a start and they went for it thinking it was cool to be tagged like an owned animal. My father and his family are from Wisconsin. I am aware of the practice of putting mercury in the lakes for floating logs in lumbering days. The mercury is still in the lakes and in the fish I know they all eat. It may be affecting peoples thought processes. My mom says Illinois is all jab happy too. I think its the polluted air they breath all living under O'Hare airport. Godspeed
