Not sure how that works. I just know that those that move into 5D are looking at a better, healthier, and more loving life.
Or die because they get in the way during the final ops. They are the ones wandering around on the streets not asking questions about why all the heavy duty military helicopters are flying over their homes in the Washington, DC area.
